This hand drawn artwork was created using 9" x 12" drawing paper and colored pencils. As I reflect on the healing process I experienced I see myself being raised from ashes and soaring as a new creation. This phoenix represents the transformation raising out of the ashes of trauma as I transform into that new creation.
